Success Orientations:

Building a Foundation for World Changers

At QSI, we believe that the true measure of success goes beyond academics and sports. While we challenge our students to excel in both, our emphasis on Success Orientations is paramount. These guiding principles shape the way we model and expect behaviors that prepare our students to become leaders who will change the world. Our seven Success Orientations—Responsibility, Trustworthiness, Group Interaction, Aesthetic Appreciation, Concern for Others, Kindness & Politeness, and Independent Endeavor—are at the heart of everything we do. By fostering these qualities, we aim to raise individuals of integrity, compassion, and purpose, ready to leave a lasting positive impact on the world they inhabit.

Our students experienced the rich nomadic culture and history of Kazakhstan firsthand this Wednesday.

They attended the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, where they sat front-row to watch 𝙆𝙤𝙠𝙥𝙖𝙧, one of the country’s most ancient sports, showcasing exceptional equestrian skills, strength, and agility. The students saw up close the quick thinking and fierce determination of the Kazakh nomads.

After the games, they enjoyed 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 in a yurt with a traditional meal of palov and baursak. Grateful for the experience, they wished Kazakhstan’s future champions of the World Nomad Games great success. 🛖 🐎 🏹 🏆
